House rules for the Marling Suites

1. Arrival and departure:

Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the suite by 10:00 AM.

2. Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balconies.

3. Pets:

Pets are not allowed in our suites. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Cleanliness:

Please keep the suites clean and tidy. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to put the dishes in the dishwasher and dispose of the rubbish.

5. Noise level:

Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise should be avoided during these times.

6. Safety:

Please close the windows and your apartment door when you leave the suite. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

7. Use of devices:

Please treat the existing appliances and furniture with care. Any damage must be reported to us immediately.

8th visitor:

Please inform us about any visitors not included in the booking. Overnight stays by external guests are not permitted.

9. Photoshoot:

Photoshoots of any kind are not permitted in our apartments.

11. Please make sure you don't leave anything behind in the apartment when you depart.

12. Enjoy your stay:
